Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Cleveland, OH)

Greenridge Quarry Farms supplies farm and food customers across the Cleveland region, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 17 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on grower contracts. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with grower contracts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
