Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Cleveland, OH)

Northwind Rook Housing manages affordable housing communities across Cleveland, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on rent assistance. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with rent assistance. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
