Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Cleveland, OH)

Nova Union Inspection Services Partners is an inspection company in Cleveland with field technicians and lab staff, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 184 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on test reports. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with test reports. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Cleveland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
