Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Cleveland, OH)

Northwind Forge Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Cleveland. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on route schedules. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with route schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
