Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Cleveland, OH)

Northwind Junction Community Partners runs community programmes across Cleveland, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on food distribution. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with food distribution. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Cleveland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
