Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Cincinnati, OH)

We are growing our team at Summit Corner Press and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on press runs. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with press runs. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
