Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Chicago, IL)

Greenridge Field Press is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for print quotes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on print quotes. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with print quotes. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Chicago, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
