Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Charlotte, NC)

Clearpath Timber Medical Group is a Charlotte company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 44 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on regulatory submissions. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with regulatory submissions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Charlotte, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
