Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Charlotte, NC)

Nova Orchard Facilities is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for supply orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 80 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on supply orders. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with supply orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
