Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Charleston, SC)

Foxglove Junction Community Partners Group is a Charleston charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on benefits enrolment. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with benefits enrolment. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Charleston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
