Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Charleston, SC)

Rivermark Ridge Property Management Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for lease renewals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on lease renewals. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with lease renewals. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Charleston. • We reply to every applicant.
