Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Boston, MA)

Summit Bright Markets is a Boston retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would join a large organisation of about 642 people based in Boston. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on store inventory. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with store inventory. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Boston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
