Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Boise, ID)

Stonegate Cedar Inspection Services is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for test reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on test reports. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with test reports. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
