Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Boise, ID)

Foxglove Yarrow Civic Services provides shared administrative services to local governments around Boise. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 27 people based in Boise. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on budget submissions. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with budget submissions. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
