Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Boise, ID)

Stonegate Glen Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Boise with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on collection routes. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with collection routes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
