Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Boise, ID)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Fox Insurance Group and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on claims. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with claims. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
