Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Boise, ID)

Summit Vale Manufacturing is a Boise manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 113 people based in Boise. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on tooling. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with tooling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
