Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Boise, ID)

Greenridge Field Manufacturing makes precision components in Boise, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer orders. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer orders. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
