Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Boise, ID)

Bright Pine Press is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for customer orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer orders. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with customer orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
