Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Boise, ID)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Cobalt Insurance and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer complaints. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer complaints. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
