Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Boise, ID)

Greenridge Vista Manufacturing Group manufactures parts and assemblies at its Boise plant, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 11 people based in Boise. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on work orders. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with work orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
