Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Boise, ID)

Bluepeak Orchard Freight is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for customer tracking, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Dispatch, drivers and warehouse staff talk to each other constantly. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer tracking. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with customer tracking. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
