Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Boise, ID)

Lumen Vista Press is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for bindery work, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 79 people based in Boise. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on bindery work. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with bindery work. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
