Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Boise, ID)

Summit Lantern Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Boise region. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 86 people based in Boise. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on project schedules. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with project schedules. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
