Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Birmingham, AL)

Highbridge Meadow Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Birmingham. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 23 people based in Birmingham. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on waiting lists. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with waiting lists. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Birmingham. • We reply to every applicant.
