Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Birmingham, AL)

Stonegate Clear Freight coordinates shipments and warehousing around Birmingham. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on carrier rates. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with carrier rates. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Birmingham. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
