Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Birmingham, AL)

Westbrook Yarrow Environmental Services is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for service complaints, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service complaints. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with service complaints. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Birmingham. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
