Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Birmingham, AL)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Rowan Foods Group and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. You would join a large organisation of about 317 people based in Birmingham. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on production batches. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with production batches. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Birmingham. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
