Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Baltimore, MD)

Foxglove Meadow Press Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for customer orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer orders. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with customer orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Baltimore. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
