Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Baltimore, MD)

Silverline Meridian Civic Services is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for case files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 190 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on case files. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with case files. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Baltimore. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
