Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Baltimore, MD)

Greenridge Rowan Health is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for insurance authorisations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on insurance authorisations. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with insurance authorisations. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Baltimore. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
