Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Baltimore, MD)

Bright North Learning Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 40 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on family communication. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Baltimore. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
