Ironwood Cobalt Early Learning is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for licensing records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on licensing records. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with licensing records. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
