Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Austin, TX)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Mill Transit Planning Group and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Austin. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service alerts. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with service alerts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Austin, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
