Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Austin, TX)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Corner Medical Associates and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. You would join a large organisation of about 507 people based in Austin. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on device records. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with device records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
