Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Austin, TX)

Amberfield Kestrel Press Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for press runs, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Many of us have been here for ten years or more. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on press runs. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with press runs. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
