Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Austin, TX)

Greenridge Meridian Civic Services supports public agencies in Austin with budgeting, records and programmes. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. Benefits and stability attract long tenure. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on budget submissions. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with budget submissions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Austin, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
