Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Austin, TX)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Stone Environmental Services and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on fleet maintenance. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with fleet maintenance. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
