Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Austin, TX)

Bluepeak Wren Arts Center Partners runs a venue and education programmes in Austin, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on event logistics. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with event logistics. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
