Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Atlanta, GA)

Fernwood Juniper Facilities is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for safety inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on safety inspections. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with safety inspections. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Atlanta, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
