Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Atlanta, GA)

Nova Bridge Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Atlanta focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on network equipment. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with network equipment. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
