Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Atlanta, GA)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Group and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 25 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on electronic records. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with electronic records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Atlanta, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
