Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Anchorage, AK)

Redstone Fox Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Anchorage region. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on supplier deliveries. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with supplier deliveries. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Anchorage, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
