Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Anchorage, AK)

Ironwood Sable Staffing Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for temp assignments, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on temp assignments. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with temp assignments. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
