Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Albuquerque, NM)

Foxglove Birch Foods makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Albuquerque. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on allergen controls. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with allergen controls. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
