Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Albuquerque, NM)

Harborlight Nest Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Albuquerque, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 22 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on tuition and subsidies. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
