Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Albuquerque, NM)

Amberfield Willow Property Management Group manages apartment communities around Albuquerque, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on maintenance requests. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with maintenance requests. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Albuquerque, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
