Senior HR Business Partner - onboarding (Albuquerque, NM)

Stonegate Umber Banking Services is a regional lender in Albuquerque with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would join a large organisation of about 476 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on account openings. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with account openings. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
