Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Wichita, KS)

Bluepeak Clear Legal Group provides legal services in Wichita across employment, housing and small-business law, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. We are a close group and share the work. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on trust accounts. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with trust accounts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
