Senior HR Business Partner - manager coaching (Wichita, KS)

Westbrook Cedar Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Wichita working with agencies and riders, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our manager coaching. You would join a small organisation of about 180 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on ridership counts. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with ridership counts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Wichita, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
